What does it mean by bespoke product?
Bespoke products are items from the Fermob and Cane-line brands that are manufactured once we have received an order.
What are the lead times on the furniture?
In-stock items are typically delivered within three working days. Lead times for bespoke products vary by brand and product. Fermob items are typically a minimum of four weeks, while Cane-line products can be available in as little as three weeks.
How long will the delivery take?
Our standard delivery for smaller and in stock items takes between 1–3 working days depending on what time you placed your order.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
