What does it mean by bespoke product?
Bespoke products are usually larger pieces and some garden furniture that are manufactured once we have received an order. If in doubt whether an item is bespoke please refer to the product page.
What are the lead times on furniture?
Lead times vary for each brands products but typically range between 3-5 weeks. Please contact us for more information to avoid disappointment.
How long will the delivery take?
Our standard delivery for smaller and in-stock items takes between 1–3 working days depending on what day and time the order is received.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provide the item is unused, in its original packaging and proof of purchase is provided.
How much does the delivery cost?
Our standard delivery cost it £7.99 for most items, it may be possible to nominate a specific day and time slot at an additional cost. We also offer a free collection from store, option.
